From using Google Analytics, we only obtain technical information which is transmitted by your browser, such as the browser type/version, operating system used, the web pages you have visited at our site, including length of stay there. This information is only assessed for statistical purposes.

Enquires / contact
We only collect personal data if you provide them to is, for instance in our contact form or if you contact us via E-mail. When sending highly sensitive data or information, it is recommended to encrypt the E-mails, since complete data security on the transmission route cannot be guaranteed otherwise. We only use and save the data you provide us with to process your request and may forward them to the relevant department in our company in order to ensure proper and competent handling. If you provide us with more than one communication channel (telephone number, E-mail, etc.), then you automatically grant your consent that we may use them to handle your request. Your data can be deleted upon request once your request has been completed unless statutory retention duties prevent doing so.

The personal data you provide us with will be protected from access by unauthorised third parties through the use of all technical and organisational security measures. There is also a right to file a complaint to a data protection authority (Art. 77 in conjunction with Section 19 BDSG).
